How do I become a national member?
It’s easy! Just go to the national website, go to the ‘Membership’ tab and click ‘Join’. If you ever have any questions or have any issues joining SWE, just reach out to csuswe@gmail.com for help.
What is the difference between C2C and the annual membership?
The C2C (Collegiate to Career) membership covers your membership the entire time you are in college AND one year after college!
The annual membership is a yearly membership that must be renewed each year.

Become a SWE member and stay up to date with the organization through the SWE newsletter. The society will send out notifications about opportunities to become more involved and the deadlines to apply! If you ever have any questions, reach out to csuswe@gmail.com or contact SWE headquarters directly. We would love to help you achieve your SWE goals :)

- Our mission: “Stimulate women to achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity.”
- We are a group of women from all different fields of engineering! We build a strong community and support each other to succeed in engineering and life.
- We plan a variety of fun events throughout the year that focus on professional development, diversity, and outreach.

- SWE is an international organization! There are collegiate and professional sections all over the world meaning that there are a ton of networking opportunities and resources!

- General Meetings: We host events and meetings throughout the year! General meetings that focus on professional development are usually held every other week, but it’s best to check our calendar of events as this can change.
- Volunteer: To get even more involved, consider signing up to volunteer at one of our outreach or social events! They are a ton of fun and a great way to become more connected with SWE and CSU.
- Mentoring Programs: In addition to the professional mentoring program, where members are paired with a woman engineer in industry, SWE is expanding to include a peer mentoring program! This means we need both mentors and mentees! Check out the Mentoring page for more information :)
- Officer: Really love SWE and want to make a different in the organization? Become an officer and be a part of creating the great events, meetings, and programs!
